Do you charge per person for school tours?
We charge a per-person rate for students and parent volunteers. We do not charge admission for teachers.
Policies and Procedures
Can a student’s parent come to the farm on the day of our visit if they have not pre-registered as a volunteer?
We do not accept payments from individuals on the day of – we need to know the numbers ahead of time so we can arrange wagon rides and talk times accordingly. Likewise, payment must be collected by the school ahead of time, as we cannot keep track of which group members have and have not paid.
I’m a parent volunteer. Can I bring my other child with me on the day of our visit?
We are not open to the public during weekdays, so unfortunately we can only admit those who are a part of registered classes.
Do you offer refunds if a child is unable to attend on the day of the trip?
We are able to adjust the total and revise your invoice accordingly on-site if your numbers change on the morning due to unforeseen factors such as illness.
