Peaches

Typically Available mid to late July through August.

We don’t grow peaches on our farm, as the risk of buds being damaged by spring frost is too high, so we get ours twice weekly from Lakelee Orchards in Jordan Station in the Niagara region.

• store on counter at room temperature until they reach desired ripeness
• for faster ripening, place peaches in a brown paper bag 
• refrigerate once peaches have reached desired ripeness
